Den Curry mit den anderen bereits in dem Topf befindlichen Zutaten anschwitzen, die Tomaten zuf&#xFC;gen und ebenfalls and&#xFC;nsten. Essig, Zucker, Ketchup, Honig und das Chillipulver mit einr&#xFC;hren. <\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Lasse das Ganze aufkochen und r&#xFC;hre immer wieder um. Ca. 20 Minuten einkochen lassen bis eine dickfl&#xFC;ssige Konsistenz entsteht. <\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Zubereitung Spareribs im Backofen <\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6731-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Backofen auf 150 &#xB0; Ober-Unterhitze vorheizen.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Auf der R&#xFC;ckseite der Spareribs muss die Silberhaut entfernt werden. Das geht am einfachsten in dem man einen L&#xF6;ffelstiel zwischen Fleisch und Silberhaut schiebt. Den L&#xF6;ffel dann vorsichtig in alle Richtungen bewegen und darauf achten, dass keine Risse entstehen. <\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Die Spareribs auf die Alufolie legen und mit der selbstgemachten BBQ So&#xDF;e bepinseln und die Alufolie nun verschlie&#xDF;en.  (Geschmacks-Tipp! Man kann die Spareribs auch 2-3 Stunden vorher marinieren und die So&#xDF;e einziehen lassen) <\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Nun kommen die Spareribs in den vorgeheizten Backofen f&#xFC;r 90 Minuten. <\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Um den Spareribs jetzt noch den Finish zu verpassen diese aus der Alufolie nehmen und nochmal auf der Fleischseite mit der BBQ So&#xDF;e bepinseln. Gebe den Spareribs weitere Backofenzeit von ca. 15-20 Minuten. <\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Hierzu passen Country Potatoes.
