Au&#xDF;erdem wei&#xDF; ich genau, was drin ist. Gerade bei einem Roggen-Dinkelbrot liebe ich die Kombination aus kr&#xE4;ftigem Geschmack, kerniger Struktur und der nussigen Note des Dinkels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Die Zutaten: schlicht, aber voll im Aroma<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich verwende Roggen- und Dinkelmehl, dazu ganze Dinkelk&#xF6;rner und eine bunte K&#xF6;rnermischung. Weil ich kein Sauerteigbrot machen wollte, habe ich mich f&#xFC;r Trockenhefe entschieden. Dennoch verleiht das Brotgew&#xFC;rz (z.&#x202F;B. Danach mische ich alle restlichen Zutaten und knete den Teig gr&#xFC;ndlich. Nach zwei Gehzeiten forme ich den Laib, bestreue ihn mit K&#xF6;rnern und schiebe ihn in den hei&#xDF;en Ofen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Der Duft &#x2013; und das Warten lohnt sich<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>W&#xE4;hrend das Brot backt, verbreitet sich ein herrlicher Duft in der K&#xFC;che. Die Kruste wird goldbraun und knusprig, die Krume bleibt saftig und aromatisch. Nach dem Backen lasse ich das Brot vollst&#xE4;ndig ausk&#xFC;hlen, auch wenn es schwerf&#xE4;llt. Nur so kann sich die Krume richtig setzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mein Fazit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieses Brot &#xFC;berzeugt durch Geschmack, Struktur und Frische. Es passt perfekt zu herzhaftem Belag, zu Butter und Salz &#x2013; oder einfach pur. Wer einmal eigenes Brot gebacken hat, greift seltener zu Fertigware.
