So klebt der Teig gut zusammen und beim Kochen kann die kostbare Kalb- und Spinatf&#xFC;llung nicht austreten. Auch hier solltest du deine fertigen Ravioli bis zur Verarbeitung immer mit etwas Semola Mehl best&#xE4;uben damit diese nicht zusammen kleben.
