Diese Zutaten sorgen daf&#xFC;r, dass der Kartoffelstampf nicht nur cremig, sondern auch aromatisch wird. Du kannst die Menge an Tr&#xFC;ffelpaste nach deinem Geschmack anpassen. Je mehr du hinzuf&#xFC;gst, desto intensiver wird der Tr&#xFC;ffelgeschmack. F&#xFC;ge noch ein bisschen gehobelten Parmesan mit in den Stampf um den Geschmack harmonisch abzurunden. Das Innere des K&#xFC;rbis mit etwas Knoblauch und Rosmarien f&#xFC;llen und in den Ofen auf einem Backblech ca. 25 Minuten geben bis dieser (je nach Gr&#xF6;&#xDF;e) fast gar aber noch bissfest ist. Die Deckel ebenfalls mit Knoblauch und Rosmarien belegen und zur H&#xE4;lfte der Garzeit mit in den Ofen geben.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">W&#xE4;hrend der Hokkaido K&#xFC;rbis im Ofen gart das Kartoffelp&#xFC;ree zubereiten. Hierzu die gekochten Kartoffeln pellen und in einen Topf geben und diesen erw&#xE4;rmen, die Butter, Milch und &#x2013; oder Sahne hinzu geben und in dem Topf zu einer zu Kartoffelp&#xFC;ree oder zu Kartoffelstampf mit einem Kartoffelstampfer stampfen bis die gew&#xFC;nschte Konsistenz erreicht ist. Etwas Parmesan mit unterr&#xFC;hren, mit Salz, Pfeffer und Gem&#xFC;sebr&#xFC;he abschmecken und zum Schluss Eigelb,Tr&#xFC;ffel&#xF6;l, Tr&#xFC;ffelpaste oder Tr&#xFC;ffelbutter unterr&#xFC;hren.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Den vorgegarten Hokkaido K&#xFC;rbis aus dem Ofen holen, den Rosmarien entfernen und mit dem noch hei&#xDF;en Kartoffelbrei oder Kartoffelstampf f&#xFC;llen. Etwas Parmesan dar&#xFC;ber geben und nochmals im Ofen kurz &#xFC;berbacken bis der K&#xE4;se geschmolzen ist und eine etwas goldbraun geworden ist.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span
