Er ist in gut sortierten Superm&#xE4;rkten erh&#xE4;ltlich und bringt eine besonders knusprige Textur ins Spiel. Durch die grobk&#xF6;rnige Struktur sorgt Semola daf&#xFC;r, dass die Sardinenfilets beim Braten au&#xDF;en sch&#xF6;n kross werden, ohne dabei das zarte Fleisch zu &#xFC;berw&#xE4;ltigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Gegensatz zu normalem Mehl absorbiert Semola weniger &#xD6;l und bleibt l&#xE4;nger knusprig. Dadurch bildet sich sofort eine goldbraune Kruste. Du br&#xE4;tst die Sardinen nur wenige Minuten, bis sie auf beiden Seiten knusprig und goldbraun sind. Achte darauf, dass sie nicht zu lange in der Pfanne bleiben, denn sie garen sehr schnell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-das-sardinen-ergebnis-goldbraune-perfektion\">Das Sardinen Ergebnis: Goldbraune Perfektion<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach dem Braten legst du die Sardinenfilets kurz auf ein K&#xFC;chenpapier, um &#xFC;bersch&#xFC;ssiges &#xD6;l abzutupfen. Was du dann in den H&#xE4;nden h&#xE4;ltst, ist pure Perfektion: goldbraune Filets, die au&#xDF;en kross und innen zart sind.
