Die meisten unserer Kunden kaufen nicht spontan und das ist auch gut so.
\nWenn man in eine gute Pfanne investiert dann ist das meistens ein Betrag den man sich zumindest einmal durch den Kopf gehen lassen sollte. Allerdings ist die Investition in ein gutes Kochgeschirr jeden einzelnen Cent wert. Die Firma Pfannen Harecker produziert und vertreibt seit fast 40 Jahren professionelles und hochwertiges Kochgeschirr.<\/p>\n

Die Pfannen unserer X-Line Serie werden in einem aufwendigen Handguss Verfahren hergestellt. Jede Pfanne wird einzeln von Hand gegossen, somit ist jede Pfanne auch ein Unikat, keine Pfanne ist wie die andere und darauf sind wir stolz. Eine maschinelle Produktion kann jeder durchführen, die Herstellung im Handgussverfahren erfordert hohes handwerkliches Geschick und Materialkunde.<\/p>\n

Wir wissen wovon wir sprechen.
\nUnd wenn wir das ganze mal ehrlich betrachten dann rentiert sich die Investition tatsächlich. Unsere Pfannen haben eine durchschnittliche Anwendung von 8 – 10 Jahren bei regelmäßigem (täglichen Gebrauch*)<\/p>\n

Das heißt eine Pfanne die durchschnittlich 80 EUR kostet verursacht Kosten von knapp 3 Cent am Tag wenn wir von 8 Jahren  Anwendung ausgehen. Es heißt aber nicht dass die Pfanne nach 8 Jahren kaputt ist. Wir haben Kunden deren Pfannen älter als 15 Jahre sind und nach wie vor hervorragende Brateigenschaften aufweisen.<\/p>\n

Das teure sind die Lebensmittel die Sie in der Pfanne zubereiten. Wer schon einmal beim Metzger seines Vertrauens gutes Fleisch gekauft hat der weis wovon ich rede. Oftmals übersteigt der Wocheneinkauf von Fleisch und Fisch einer 3 köpfigen Familie diesen Betrag um weiten.
\nWie alles im Leben das gebraucht und benutzt wird unterliegen auch unsere Pfannen einem natürlichen Verschleiß.
\nDie Titan keramische Oberflächenversiegelung bietet beste antihaft Eigenschaften und ist sehr robust. Wenn Sie in Ihrer neuen Pfannen die Oberfläche anfassen werden Sie feststellen dass diese nicht glatt sondern rau ist. Das ist durchaus beabsichtigt, hierbei handelt es sich um Millionen von kleinen Poren.Bei jedem Bratvorgang bei dem Fette und Öle verwendet werden kann eine leichte Verbrennung entstehen.
\nVerbranntes Öl und Fett setzt sich in den Poren ab und bildet dort einen Rückstand. Umso öfter und umso stärker Fette und Öle verbrennen umso schneller füllen sich die Poren mit dem verbrannten Fett auf. Wenn diese Poren gesättigt sind nimmt die antihafteigenschaf Ihrer Pfanne langsam ab. Die entstehende Schicht ist eine Teerartige Substanz. Dieser Prozess tritt bei jedem Antihaft Kochgeschirr auf. Um diesen Prozess zu verhindern bzw. zu verlangsamen empfehlen wir zum scharfen anbraten Fette und Öle die hohe Temperaturen aushalten.<\/p>\n

Bitte beachten Sie dass sich Ihre Harecker Pfanne auf bis zu 300 Grad aufheizen kann.<\/p>\n

Selbst hocherhitzbares Öl wie z.B. Rapsöl hat einen Rauchpunkt bei ca. 190 grad, das heißt ab diesem Zeitpunkt beginnt die Verbrennung des Öls. Ab einer Temperatur von 317 Grad kann es sich sogar selbstständig entzünden und zu einem gefährlichen Fettbrand führen.<\/p>\n

Daher unser Tipp, Harecker Pfannen immer im leeren und trockenen Zustand aufheizen, dann Temperatur verringern und mit dem Braten beginnen ( mittlere Stufe ). Lieber nochmal etwas Temperatur zugebenwenn Sie merken das dies nötig ist anstatt bei Vollgas zu arbeiten.<\/p>\n
