Es war ein wahrer Genuss, und diesen k&#xF6;nnt ihr nun ganz einfach selbst zaubern. Der Geschmack &#xFC;bertrifft bei Weitem gekauftes Apfelmus, und man wei&#xDF; genau, was drin steckt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Kochen von Apfelmus ist viel unkomplizierter, als man vielleicht denkt. Es ist spielend leicht, eine gesunde Alternative zum fertig gekauften Produkt zu Hause herzustellen &#x2013; ganz ohne Konservierungsstoffe. Das Sch&#xF6;nste daran ist, dass du den Geschmack nach deinem eigenen Gusto gestalten und es sogar ganz ohne Zucker zubereiten kannst. Sind die &#xC4;pfel reif und s&#xFC;&#xDF;, entfaltet das k&#xF6;stliche Kompott von Natur aus seine s&#xFC;&#xDF;e Note. Alternativ kannst du den Zucker im Rezept durch Honig oder Agavendicksaft ersetzen. Probiere es aus und genie&#xDF;e deine eigene k&#xF6;stliche Kreation!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-welche-apfel-eignen-sich-am-besten\">Welche &#xC4;pfel eignen sich am besten?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Grunds&#xE4;tzlich gilt hier, was bei allen Rezepten mit &#xC4;pfeln gilt: Du kannst einfach deine Lieblingssorte nehmen. S&#xE4;uerliche Apfelsorten bringen einen aromatischeren Geschmack mit. Dazu geh&#xF6;ren zum Beispiel Boskop, Elstar oder Jonagold. Die Farbe des Fruchtfleisches entsteht durch Anthocyane, organische rote Pigmente, die auch in anderen Fr&#xFC;chten mit antioxidativer Wirkung vorkommen. Er eignet sich auch f&#xFC;r <a class=\"glossaryLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.harecker.de\/blog\/glossary\/karotten\/\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Karotten<\/a>, Bohnen oder alle weichen vorgekochten Lebensmittel, wie unserem selbstgemachten Apfelmus.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apfelmus einmachen oder einfrieren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Konservierung von selbstgemachtem Apfelmus bietet verschiedene M&#xF6;glichkeiten: Einfrieren oder &#x2013; unsere bevorzugte Methode &#x2013; das Abf&#xFC;llen in Gl&#xE4;ser. Hierbei ist es entscheidend, die Gl&#xE4;ser gr&#xFC;ndlich zu desinfizieren. Hierf&#xFC;r sollte das Wasser eine Temperatur von 100&#xB0;C erreichen, um Keime effektiv abzut&#xF6;ten. Du kannst daf&#xFC;r jegliche Art von Glasgef&#xE4;&#xDF;en, einschlie&#xDF;lich Marmeladengl&#xE4;ser verwenden. Wichtig ist lediglich ein ausreichend gro&#xDF;er Topf, denn die Einweckgl&#xE4;ser und &#xE4;hnliches m&#xFC;ssen komplett unter Wasser stehen. F&#xFC;r das Sterilisieren von Schraubgl&#xE4;sern, auch Twist-Off-Gl&#xE4;ser genannt, auch die Deckel in das kochende Wasser geben. Durch das Einmachen bleibt dein Apfelmus bis zu 12 Monate haltbar. Den restlichen Teil der &#xC4;pfel und 200 ml Apfelsaft dazu gie&#xDF;en, zudecken und kochen, bis die &#xC4;pfel v&#xF6;llig weich sind (ca. 10-15 Minuten).<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Dann die &#xC4;pfel mit einem Kartoffelstamper zu P&#xFC;ree verarbeiten. Wenn erforderlich, noch etwas Apfelsaft dazugeben.
